The Polar Branch of FSBSI “VNIRO” carries out research in inland waters of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Murmansk Region, in internal waters of the Russian Federation, in the territorial sea of the Russian Federation, on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation, in the Exclusive Economic Zone of the Russian Federation in the Barents, Kara Sea, as well as in international waters and areas regulated by international agreements of the Russian Federation on fisheries and conservation of aquatic biological resources.
